Refund Policy

Charges paid by you for completed and/or delivered services are final and non-refundable. Pushpaka has no obligation to provide refunds or credits, but may grant them, in each case in Pushpaka's sole discretion.

2. Cancellation Fee

You may be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel a ride after a driver has accepted your request. The fee is intended to compensate the driver for their time and travel. The amount of the cancellation fee may vary depending on your location and the time of cancellation.

3. Disputed Charges

If you have a dispute about a charge on your account, please contact customer support within 30 days of the charge. We will review your claim and make a determination in our sole discretion. All decisions are final.
